I am a health & fitness Educator, Lecturer,Consultant and Author. I have been a vegetarian for 25 years and 100% raw vegan for 15 years. I help create a personalized diet for people to transition to a healthier lifestyle, particularly vegetarian diet. I have a book coming out this year called The Raw Truth to the Fountain of Youth. I am the founder of Skate Great USA school of skating in Santa Monica, CA. As well as being the skating instructor to the stars I teach all ages, as well as the physically challenged. have taught many celebrities to skate including Steve Martin, Melanie Griffith and Kim Delaney. I also offer private and group lessons to beginners of all ages. I also teach and choreograph dance.
